I say whatever keeps the doors open is a greater good. Do you think they would be interested in the John Marshall [would never have eaten meat if he knew better] House? Peta-rick Henry's Scotchtown? Or the *wait for it* Morning Star Farms Vegetarian Bacon's Castle??
